Charity Fund «HERMES» provide the assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We provide assistance to civilians located on de-occupied territories and front-line zones.

About us

Charity Fund «HERMES» was founded with aim to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine, servicemen on the front lines and those in need of treatment and rehabilitation after injuries.

During the war, the civilian population of Ukraine is in danger and need help. The Fund provide assistance to civilians located on de-occupied territories and front-line zones.

Whom does the Fund provide military assistance?

Fund helps combat units (Armed Forces of Ukraine, National Guard of Ukraine, State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, Territorial Defence). We provide assistance according to the Fund’s capabilities.

I am a person; can I ask for single help?

We cooperate with community authorities, institutions or NGOs representatives, who take responsibility of distributing or using the aid for civilians in need. They provide an official request letter with list of needed aid.

How can I fill in the Form for getting help

To ask for help, you should fill in the Form переход на файл запрос), put the signature of Commander of Military Unit / or chair of medical institution, put the stamp of the Unit or institution and send it to us by e-mail Email: yatsiuk20@gmail.com

Who pays the expenses of the Fund?

The foundation's team does not take any percentage of charitable contributions for military assistance or humanitarian aid to civilians to cover operational needs. All operational expenses are covered by Fund founders.

What happens after submitting a request?

The response regarding your request will be sent to your email, or we will contact you by phone. The decision on your request may take from 2 working days to a month, depending on various factors, including the situation on the front, procurement and supply status, the volume of received charitable contributions, the number of incoming requests to the fund, time for request verification, and the availability of all necessary details in the request.

To whom does the foundation provide humanitarian assistance?

The foundation assists medical institutions with medications and other medical supplies. We provide aid according to the capabilities of the foundation.
